Jaynic is an established property company focussing on land promotion and business space development in the south and east of England. The company has a strong track record in the delivery of maximum value through the planning process and high quality, sustainable and efficient development.

Our development activity has predominantly focused on East Anglia and current developments include Suffolk Park in Bury St Edmunds, Gateway 14 at Stowmarket and the EpiCentre innovation centre at Haverhill Research Park providing a mix of business, innovation and logistics space. We also have a healthy pipeline of projects under development, with planning consent and land option agreements in key locations adjacent to the major trunk roads throughout the East of England.

Jaynic welcome the formation of the Eastern Powerhouse. We strongly believe that there should be a unified voice promoting the great opportunities for growth and investment that the East of England has to offer to regional and central government, and internationally.

The challenge for Jaynic is to ensure there is strong support for the region highlighting the attractions for businesses of moving into the area. Excellent job opportunities, an attractive environment, good transport infrastructure, ample health and education facilities and availability of good quality residential property help make a persuasive case for those people considering a move into the area from other parts of the UK. Any investment in the east will bring significant returns for generations to come.

Our biggest ambition for the east is to see a major improvement to the connection of the A11 to the A14, marrying up two major arterial routes in our region.
