Sean Milbank has been an entrepreneur since his early 20s, setting up businesses that imported Scandinavian joinery products and roofing panel systems from Belgium and even a venture offering skiing holidays in Canada.

Joining Milbank Concrete Products Ltd in 2008 as Managing Director, Sean navigated the business through the difficult economic downturn, that experience cemented a plan - to diversify risk.

In 2016 Milbank Group was formed completing its first acquisition, Cadman Cranes, in the same year. Today the Group consists of 8 diverse businesses operating in sectors from agricultural films and covers, to digital marketing, GRP manufacturing and mastectomy bras and swimwear.

As the founder and Chairman of Milbank Group he is responsible for leading the board and focusing it on strategic matters as well as overseeing the Group’s businesses.

Away from work he is a keen sportsman and adventurous traveller enjoying new challenges that he can experience, especially with his family.
